TEN'S PHILOSOPHY

Every member of TEN agrees to participate in sharing of domain knowledge and their contacts for the mutual benefit of the group thereby standing by TEN’s philosophy of – Connect. Breakthrough. Prosper. All members of TEN agree to build goodwill and trust among members and their connections, and live up to the ethical standards of their individual professions.

TEN COMMANDMENTS:

  • Membership is granted to applicants whose business interests do not conflict with any of the existing members.
  • Evaluation of a new membership applicant will be carried out by the evaluation committee within 10 days of receiving the application. Evaluation team will intimate the group by group mail about the approval of the proposed member and if no objection is received from any existing member within 48 hours, the Leadership team will proceed with the induction formalities. Decision of the committee on either side will be communicated to the applicant within 2 weeks of receiving the application.
  • Businessmen practicing Multi Level Marketing are not allowed to become members of TEN.
  • A new member will be provided with the necessary orientation for successful participation in TEN by the Mentoring Team.
  • The weekly meetings begin promptly at 7.15 am and runs until 9.30 a.m. Members are encouraged to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. Members are allowed only 6 absences in a rolling period of 6 months to cover for any outstation visits / prior commitments / illness etc.
  • Members are encouraged to invite their partners / senior staff members to benefit from the sessions being arranged by TEN. They would be required to pay a meeting fee equivalent to the visitor fee, the amount for which will be determined by the administrators from time to time. There is no limit to the number of meetings / training sessions that the member’s partners / senior staff members can attend during the tenure of his/her membership.
  • Members are encouraged to bring bona-fide visitors to TEN. Visitors can be defined as people who are decision makers within the organisation they represent. Visitors may attend TEN Meetings up to two times only. They would be required to pay a meeting fee, the amount for which will be determined by the administrators from time to time.
  • In case of problems with a member, the Admin team may, at their sole discretion, put a member on probation relating to his business practices or commitment to TEN. Memberships may be revoked for repeated failure to comply with the policies of TEN.
  • An individual member cannot belong to another network body that allows only one person per profession and whose primary purpose is to promote & develop business connections. The Admin team has the full authority in this regard.
  • The membership list should not be used by any member or be made available to outsiders to send mass mailers (spam) or other promotional campaigns.

ADMINISTRATOR POLICY:

  • Membership fee:
    • One time registration fee Rs. 2,000/-
    • Annual Membership & renewal fee Rs. 15,000/-
    • Monthly meeting fee @ Rs. 250/- per week payable on monthly advance basis.
      Members will pay for the entire month irrespective of the number of meetings that they attend. 12 PDC’s of the weekly contribution depending on the number of meetings to be held during the month to be given along with the registration/renewal fee.
  • Membership renewal fee is payable at least 30 days prior to the membership expiry date. If the fee is not paid on time, the member can be officially disqualified by TEN.
  • A new member joins on probation of 3 months. At the end of 3 months either the member or TEN can take a call on continuing the membership. If the membership is discontinued by either parties a sum of Rs. 10,000/- will be refunded by TEN to the member.
  • Membership fee cannot be transferred from one person to another.
  • In case the cheque bounces, the member should communicate to administrative office within three working days and resolve the matter. All returned cheques will be liable to a minimum Rs. 1,000/- returned cheque fee, and the amount in such a situation will be accepted by Demand Draft / Pay order only.
  • TEN may establish Chapters in any location with people interested in developing a knowledge sharing and connections sharing business. In addition, TEN reserves the right to open more than one Chapter per location.
  • TEN Policies are subject to change by the Admin team. The entire group will be notified regarding all policy changes as and when they are introduced.
